2018 Grant A Wish silkstone convention doll is gorgeous. The convention used the Barbie Silkstone Classic Camel coat doll. Her facial paint was enhanced by Angie Gill, and her fashion was designed and sewn by Virginia Harwood.

The fashion is a printed chiffon with pink roses, the skirt of the dress is a accordion pleat. Looks better displayed out of the box. She has a rose colored headband, and blush heels with pearl trim.
